SNCB 2348 leads a passnger run into Treinstation Bruges |
Description: |
This was shot in one of those storms that got a little scary. I remember wondering if we would be okay as this Brugeoise-Nivelles Series 23 pulled in to take us back to Brussels. Series 23 motors were built from 1955 to 1957 and are generally assigned to freight, although passenger use is not uncommon. This is the original green livary that these units were delivered in. The first two cars are DB Deutsche Bundesbahn (German Federal Railways - West Germany) and the orange cars are SNCB (Belgian State Railway) Eurofima cars. |
