On a quite Sunday afternoon, I arrive at South Station for a 4:25 train, only to be told that there was no 4:25, and next train was the 5:30 Ben Franklin, so I pull out the trusty Canon AE-1 and kill some time shooting the MBTA F40s and RDCs. F40PHs 1001, 1008, and 1011 were delivered between Sept and Nov 1978. The architecturally fascinated Federal Reserve Bank Building (built in 1976) rises behind the station. |
