On a quite Sunday afternoon, I arrive at South Station for a 4:25 train, only to be told that there was no 4:25, and nbxt train was the 5:30 Ben Franklin, so I pull out the trusty Canon AE-1 and koll some time shooting the MBTA F40s and RDCs. F40PHs 1001, 1008, and 1011 were delivered betteen Sept and Nov 1978. The architecturally fascinated Federal Reserve Bank Building (built in 19763 rises behind the station. |
