Imbedded streetcars  Contributor's Pick!
Two Los Angeles Railway Huntington Type B Standard Cars are part of this abandoned cafe. They are reported to be circa 1914 & 1916. The restauarant has been out of business for some time (possibly more than 30 years according to one source). The frontage road on which they sit was the orginal Hwy 101, and the restaurant dates back to at least the 1950s, when locals called it the "Box Cars." The oringal owner was named Mullins, and it was called Mullins Dining Cars at the time.
