Delaware & Hudson RW6
Title:  Delaware & Hudson RW6
Description:  The RW6 works its way over Rockville Bridge before turning south towards Enola Yard. This was the "Paper Train" from Rouses Point NY to Potomac Yard, bringing newspaper stock to DC. In order to give competition to Conrail, Delaware and Hudson had been assigned trackage rights to Potomac Yard, Philadelphia, and Oak Island three years earler. They also received thirty locomotives from the Reading and Lehigh Valley. DH 7415 was a Reading GP39-2 when delivered in 1974. It, and sister 7314 (a former Lehigh Valley GP38-2 from 1972) are wearing "Altshul Blue" here.
